Rhinos stampeded the Cowboys 39 to 0! The Rhinos improved their record to 4 and 0 this weekend when they beat the Cowboys 39-0. The Rhinos had everything going their way on both offense and defense starting with #33 Gilbert Martinez who scored 3 touchdowns. One which was an interception that he ran all the way. He rushed for his second one touchdown and on special teams, ran it back all the way for the third one. #26 Sevion Morris scored 2 touchdowns. #39 Ernesto Celaya scored 1 touchdown and #35 Manual Figueroa scored another on a rush play. #18 Jordan Martinez was very impressive throwing for 210 yards. Defense was also solid. #48 Freddy Reyes had 5 sacks. #72 Mark Flores had first sack of the season. #15 Ty-Qwian McNeal stepped it up Next up…the Colts. Practice hard, play harder.
Rhinos win 3rd game, beating the Inferno 42-0!
The only way to put out a fire is with fire, and that's just what the Rhinos did on Saturday when they put out the flames in The Inferno 42-0. The Rhinos offense was smoking when # 33 Gilbert Martinez scored 3 TD's, one of them was a kick return that ended the game. # 2 Desmond Ross scored his first TD of the year. # 21 Ramon Franklin also scored a TD. # 55 Jorge Mata who was playing in his first game (due to a broken wrist) scored his first TD of the season making a spectacular catch from 30 yards for the score. #35 Manuel Figueroa also did an excellent job kicking the ball, not giving The Inferno good field position. The Defense was lead by #27 Ismael Hernandez who made numerous tackles. The Defensive line was also a nightmare for The Inferno: #44 Dusty Rogers, #91 Mario Marquez, #24 Devin deRuiter. #48 Freddie Reyes recovered a fumble caused by the Defense and had a sack. Good Job Boys! Next up…The Cowboys. By Angel Figueroa

Cookie dough handout was a success.
A great big hand of applause to Rosa Martinez, Jennifer Thomason and all the PW team moms that helped sort and hand out cookie dough. This is no easy task with the number of boxes that had to be picked up and distributed. Thanks to all the parents who picked up their orders on Thursday as asked. We couldn't have made this fundraiser a success without every one's help!

Rhinos win their season opener with an impressive win over the Fury shutting them out 26-0!
The only way to start the season is with a victory, and the PW Rhinos did just that when they beat the Fury 20-0. #26 Sabian Morris scored two touchdowns, one of them was from a 20 yard run and the other was from a 30 yard pass from QB #18 Jordan Martinez. #33 Gilbert Martinez also scored a pair of touchdowns. One which was called back due to a penalty, and the other was running play in which Gilbert dropped the ball picked it up and ran it all the way for a 28 yard run. The DEFENSE looked flawless as they did not allow any points, and was a nightmare for the Fury's offense. The Defensive line did an awesome job. Freddie, Mark, Javier. Way to go 'D'
